This is a reminder that the next AES-LA monthly meeting will be held Tuesday August 27, 2013 at 8:00 PM at the Sportsmen’s Lodge Event Center, 12833 Ventura Blvd., Studio City, CA 91604 (at the corner of Ventura Blvd. and Coldwater Canyon). Parking is free behind the convention center building, enter off of Coldwater Canyon. The optional pre-meeting dinner is at 7:00 PM.
The topic is Soundcraft Studer by Harman, a discussion about Audio over IP (AoIP) and the huge Studer Demo Truck will be in the Parking Lot. Presenter will be Rob Lewis, Director of Sales-USA for Studer Professional Audio, a division of Harman. For a quick review of the Demo Truck, see here: usa.studer.ch/support/truck.aspx

Meetings are free and are open to everyone including students, non-members and guests. Attached, please find the attachment for this month's meeting which includes the recap from the last meeting.

NOTE: Revised costs for dinners at The Sportsmen’s Lodge
Because of increased material costs, the price of our dinners prior to LA Section Meetings at the Sportsmen's Lodge has been increased as follows:
- $25 for member students with reservations
- $30 for member students without reservations
- $30 for members with reservations
- $35 for members without reservations
- $35 for non-members with reservations
- $40 for non-members without reservations
