A Creative Discussion with Veteran Editors About Their Artistic Side
The Editors' Lounge is thrilled to bring you another installment of the Editors' Panel, a series of moderated discussions with industry-leading editors on a variety of topics affecting the editing community!
This panel plans to bypass the usual technical discussion in favor of an artistic exploration about how and where an editor gets creative ideas, and how to foster an environment for getting those "a-ha!" moments. Our favorite journalist Debra Kaufman (Creative Cow, MobilizedTV) will once again moderate a stimulating discussion with an exciting lineup of experienced TV and feature editors. Panelists include:
Zack Arnold—editor, Burn Notice, Glee, and writer/director, Go Far: The Christopher Rush Story
Ryan Case—editor/director, Modern Family, Brooklyn Nine-Nine
Jay Lash Cassidy—editor, Silver Linings Playbook, Into the Wild, An Inconvenient Truth
Dan Lebental—editor, Thor: The Dark World, Iron Man 2, and creator, TouchEdit for iPad
